About The Role
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Junior Executive-Motion Graphics with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our growing design team. This role involves creating visually dynamic motion graphics that elevate digital content, marketing campaigns, video productions, and brand storytelling. You’ll be expected to bring ideas to life through animation, contribute to the creative process, and support the execution of projects from concept to delivery.
Responsibility
- Design and animate motion graphics for marketing videos, product explainers, social media, presentations, and internal communication.
- Work closely with creative leads, video editors, designers, and marketers to conceptualize and produce motion assets.
- Translate storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts into animated content.
- Enhance video content with animated typography, transitions, logo animations, and kinetic elements.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all animations and graphic materials.
- Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and formats (web, mobile, social, etc.).
- Maintain project files, animation libraries, and organize workflows for efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Illustration, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in an illustration or design role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative range, storytelling, and commercial illustration work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or other digital illustration tools.
- Solid understanding of color theory, composition, character design, and visual balance.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
