About The Role

Execute collection activity and reconciliation of accounts of third-party customers and/or regions with low complexity in a timely manner; and seek improvements in these processes as necessary

Key Responsibilities

  • To contact customers through different communication channels (e.g., emails, calls, WhatsApp); send updated account statements to low complexity customers and responsible sales teams.
  • To send necessary information to the Accounts Receivable team to ensure that received payments are applied; and also keep customer information updated in the Collection tool (Get Paid)
  • To communicate with the respective team about discrepancies reported by the customer related to billing
  • Participate in ad hoc meetings with clients and business
  • Comply with processes stipulated in guidelines
  • Assisting with internal and external audit preparation
  • Take part in small projects with the support of the focal person
  • Responsible for monitoring KPIs such as Overdue and DSO for the assigned portfolio of low complexity businesses, providing explanations upon request.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate in International Relations, Communication, or with experience in customer service
  • Min 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant domain.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Technical Skills

  • Basic Excel skills, basic SAP skills, and intermediate Get Paid skills
