Senior Specialist - Digital Asset Management

Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day asset ingestion and metadata accuracy within Sitecore Content Hub. Ensures creative, marketing, and ecommerce assets are uploaded correctly, tagged accurately, and easily retrievable across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload assets with correct naming, taxonomy, and metadata.
  • Perform QC for file and metadata accuracy.
  • Manage high-volume or exception uploads independently.

Workflow & Cross-System Coordination

  • Validate transfers across Letsflo, Pixelz, Workfront, and DAM.
  • Flag and resolve metadata or ingestion issues.
  • Align with U.S. DAM partners on priorities.

Governance & Quality Control

  • Maintain metadata accuracy and correct inconsistencies.
  • Support cleanup tasks such as duplicate removal.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and taxonomy standards.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4-5 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Content Operations, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with DAM platforms (Sitecore Content Hub preferred).
  • Basic understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and file management workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with image retouching and digital file formats.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy at scale.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale creative operations (retail, fashion, or marketing).
  • Familiarity with Adobe photoshop, Letsflo/Shotflow, Pixelz, or Workfront a plus.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted tagging, automation tools, or metadata enrichment workflows.
  • Background in library science, information management, or digital production a plus.
