Job Description
- 4- 5 Years Hands-on recruitment experience, specialized in sourcing, screening and handling complete candidate management.
- Solid analytical skills, with a keen eye for metrics, data and reporting.
- Build effective pipeline and sourcing approach using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining and other relevant methods.
- Ability to connect and convince candidates on taking up challenging roles with Qualitest.
- Good understanding core-skill based hiring, technology skills around QA and Digital Engineering.
- Responsible for effective execution and managing end to end recruiting process to achieve or exceed service level standards.
- Self-Management of requirements tagged to you and work closely with hiring manager for solutioning and better effectiveness of hiring.
- Focus on numbers, high volume hiring, coordination.
- Must be open to do weekend drives.
- Leverage Data and Innovation to Get Results.
- Seeks out and demonstrates industry & competitor and other business trends to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop, track, and analyze TA metrics globally to implement continuous improvement of strategies and processes.
