Main purpose of the position / Key expectations:

Support design, develop, and optimize scalable IBM TRIRIGA solutions as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team delivering smart digital solutions for the Facility Management Service program. You will build and support applications using smart digital solutions for the Facility Management Service program across ISS globally, while contributing to DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation, and supporting the evolution of the platform towards the Real Estate and Facility Management module (MREF within MAS).

What You’ll Do

  • Support design and develop advanced solutions in IBM TRIRIGA using low-code tools, Java, and SQL
  • Translate defined business requirements into efficient system configurations and enhancements
  • Implement system enhancements, integrations, and data models aligned with enterprise architecture, CI/CD practices, and future platform evolution towards MREF
  • Contribute to DevOps practices by supporting build, release, and deployment automation pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and production issues with support from senior team members
  • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development practices and quality standards

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA development (configuration, workflows, data models)
  • Experience with Java, SQL, and object-oriented programming concepts
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity working with integrations, APIs, and enterprise system landscapes
  • Experience in Facility Management / Workplace Management systems (FMS/WMS), with exposure to MREF / MAS considered an advantage
