WebIndia is a full-service digital marketing agency headquartered in Ahmedabad, serving clients across the US, Australia, UAE, and India since 2008. We help founder-led businesses, SaaS companies, e-commerce brands, and mid-market service firms grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and full-funnel performance marketing as part of a four-entity international group.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to own new client acquisition for our international book, with a primary focus on the US and Australian markets. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead sourcing and discovery through pitching, closures, and handover to delivery.
This is a pure revenue role. We want someone who thrives in cold pipeline generation, is comfortable pitching digital marketing services to overseas buyers, and treats every step of the sales cycle as an opportunity to compound leverage with AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full funnel — prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure — with clear accountability for pipeline and revenue
- Build an outbound pipeline into the US and Australian markets using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data providers
- Run structured outbound calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach as core daily activities
- Source and win projects on Upwork, write high-conversion proposals, manage the full on-platform sales cycle
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and pitch our Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and full-funnel services on Zoom
- Build custom proposals, decks, and commercial structures, no template dumps
- Handle pricing, negotiation, and closure independently
- Maintain Zoho CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and clean handover to the strategy, creative, and performance teams
- Build long-term client relationships to unlock upsell and cross-sell
- 3–5 years of experience selling digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content, or full-service growth) — international experience with US and/or Australia is essential
- Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding new-business targets, with the ability to speak to your own numbers (pipeline generated, deals closed, average deal size, win rate)
- Hands-on proficiency with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, sequences, and enrichment
- Working knowledge of the Upwork platform, writing proposals, and closing on-platform business
- Comfort with outbound calling, cold email, and LinkedIn as primary lead-generation channels
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM (or HubSpot / Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting
- Strong grasp of the modern digital marketing landscape, CPC, CAC, ROAS, funnel metrics, attribution, without hand-holding
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to overseas decision-makers on video
- We run an AI-native sales operation and expect the same from you. You should already be using, or be genuinely eager to master:
- Claude, Claude Code, and ChatGPT for prospect research, message drafting, and proposal generation
- Perplexity for company research and buyer intelligence
- Gamma (or similar) for building pitch decks and one-pagers at speed
- Any tool that removes manual effort from the sales cycle
- If you have never opened Claude Code or Perplexity, this is not the role for you. If you already treat AI as your junior salesperson, we would like to talk.

- You are comfortable being accountable for revenue, not just activity metrics
