Role Description
This full-time HR and Admin Assistant role supports Ellipse’s people operations and day-to-day administrative activities. The HR & Admin Assistant will support the Human Resources and Administration functions by coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives, maintaining HR records and systems and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Qualifications
•Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and Colleges.
•Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
•Conduct initial screening calls where required.
•Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
•Coordinate employee onboarding activities and induction schedules.
•Collect and verify employee documentation before joining.
•Assist with employee exits and related administrative formalities.
•Support implementation of HR policies and processes.
•Respond to routine employee queries and provide administrative support.
•Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
•Help foster a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
•Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
•Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry inventory and related purchases.
•Liaise with housekeeping, internet, facility management and other service providers.
•Track office maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
•1–2 years of experience in HR, Administration, Strong organizational and coordination skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
•Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
•Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
