Amazon E-commerce Specialist
Position Summary
Will be responsible for supporting multiple Amazon business areas to ensure all PDP pages are accurate and all new item setups are completed. Will need to be able to communicate with NYO sales team, marketing teams, and Amazon support team.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Amazon PDPs and all necessary content, ensuring a best-in-class brand presentation on platform, optimizing all pages for consumer experience.
- Monitor and audit site merchandising/Product Detail Pages (PDP) – ensuring product is live with proper attributes, copy, images, color/size variation and A+ Premium content
- Owns “New Item Set-Up” process (NIS) each season for multiple business areas
- Maintain assortment catalog – Communicate out-of-stocks, discontinuations, troubleshoot errors, address broken PDP pages
- Track weekly PDP audits and submit report to NYO sales team weekly
- Consistently self-review work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience working within the Ecommerce and or wholesale channel
- Amazon first-party(1P) experience a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- EXCEL: proficient in pivot tables, formulas, lookup functions such as VLOOKUP, data formatting and cleanup, integrating data from multiple sources
- POWER POINT
- Ability to work efficiently, attention to details, self-check work prior to submitting, problem solve
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Effective, concise written communication via email
- Desire to learn and take on projects independently
- Flexibility in work schedule leads into peak periods throughout the year
- Heavier Audit workload leading into Seasonal Deals/Events
- Ramp up period to new selling season will increase NIS workload
