Brief Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day business operations. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, process excellence, documentation, MIS reporting, and seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and the ability to drive continuous operational improvements.Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports to support business planning and decision-making.
- Ensure accurate documentation, record management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor operational performance through key metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
- Ensure timely execution of operational tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve operational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Operations or a related discipline is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in operations management, process management, or business operations.
- Experience in the financial services, broking, or BFSI industry will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of operations management and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
- Excellent documentation and record management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Knowledge of operational controls, compliance, and process governance.
