Brief Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day business operations. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, process excellence, documentation, MIS reporting, and seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and the ability to drive continuous operational improvements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, record management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor operational performance through key metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely execution of operational tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve operational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA in Operations or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in operations management, process management, or business operations.
  • Experience in the financial services, broking, or BFSI industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of operations management and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent documentation and record management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Knowledge of operational controls, compliance, and process governance.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
