Brief Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital B2B Head to lead our B2B business expansion and strengthen our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving franchisee acquisition, managing channel partnerships, developing strategic alliances, and accelerating business growth within the broking and capital markets industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem, proven experience in B2B sales and channel development, and the ability to build high-performing business networks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Acquire, onboard, and manage franchisees, Authorized Persons (APs), sub-brokers, and other business partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, institutional clients, and strategic alliances.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
  • Drive partner activation, engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, operations, training, and partner support.
  • Monitor business performance through regular reviews, MIS, and sales analysis.
  • Conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and business reviews to maximize performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to recommend strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the B2B team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel management within the broking, stock market, or financial services industry.
  • NISM certification will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and stock broking business models.
  • Proven experience in franchisee acquisition and channel partner development.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech and financial services ecosystem.
  • Strategic planning and business development expertise.
  • Digital marketing and partner acquisition experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-backed business decisions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of leading business expansion initiatives.
