As the Regional Talent Enablement Partner for APAC, you will help bring Guidewire's talent and learning strategy to life across one of our fastest-growing regions. Partnering closely with business leaders, HR partners, and the global Talent Management team, you will design, facilitate, launch, and measure learning experiences that build capability across APAC and the enterprise.

This role combines learning design, facilitation, analytics, and talent technology expertise. You will drive adoption of enterprise talent programs, leverage AI and emerging technologies to modernize learning experiences, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes. As the primary APAC-based member of the team, you will also serve as a critical voice for regional needs, helping ensure our talent solutions scale effectively across diverse markets and employee populations Job Description What You'll Do: Program Delivery & Talent Enablement
    Design, develop, and facilitate enterprise learning programs and talent initiatives in partnership with the global Talent Management team Deliver engaging virtual, in-person, and blended learning experiences that build employee and leadership capability across APAC and the enterprise Partner with regional People team leaders and business stakeholders to ensure enterprise talent initiatives are relevant, scalable, and responsive to regional needs
Learning Innovation & Technology
    Leverage learning technologies, AI-enabled tools, and digital platforms to modernize development experiences and improve learner outcomes Partner with Talent Management, BizTech, and other stakeholders to pilot, evaluate, and implement new talent and learning technologies Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience across Guidewire's learning and talent ecosystem through thoughtful application of technology and process improvements
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
    Analyze talent, learning, and skills data to identify capability gaps, measure program effectiveness, and inform talent strategy decisions Use data and learner insights to continuously improve programs, experiences, and development pathways Evaluate emerging trends and best practices in learning, talent development, and AI-enabled enablement to help shape future investments and priorities
Regional Partnership & Strategic Insights
    Serve as the primary APAC representative within the Talent Management team, bringing regional perspectives, workforce trends, and business needs into enterprise planning Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent priorities and co-create solutions that support organizational growth and capability building
What You’ll Bring:
    8 to 10 years of total experience At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in learning facilitation, talent development, or organizational effectiveness Strong facilitation skills — with presence, confidence, and adaptability across live and virtual formats Systems Thinking & Learning Technology: Ability to understand and optimize complex talent and learning ecosystems. Experience leveraging learning technologies, data, and digital tools to create scalable employee development experiences. Comfortable evaluating and adopting emerging technologies, including AI-enabled learning solutions Learning Design & Program Development: Experience designing and building engaging learning experiences, including instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-directed learning solutions. Ability to translate business needs into practical development experiences that drive measurable outcomes Facilitation & Influence: Strong facilitation presence with the ability to engage diverse audiences across functions, levels, and geographies. Skilled at creating meaningful learning experiences while influencing stakeholders without direct authority Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Comfortable using data, learner insights, and program metrics to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve talent and learning solutions Business Partnership: Experience partnering with People teams and business leaders to understand workforce needs, identify capability gaps, and translate organizational priorities into development solutions AI & Innovation Mindset: Curiosity and experimentation mindset toward the future of work. Ability to explore and apply AI-enabled approaches to learning, content development, facilitation, and employee enablement while balancing practicality, scalability, and business impact Adaptability & Ambiguity: Comfort operating in evolving environments with changing priorities, emerging technologies, and undefined paths forward. Comfortable building while simultaneously shaping the future state
