Job Description

Responsible for processing and analyzing complex telecom and technology related invoices, as well as leading billing-related projects.

Analyzes, audits, and reviews invoice details to compare with telecom and network contract terms and inventory records.

Initiates billing disputes with the vendor as needed.

Maintains relationship between contracts, orders, billing and inventory records, and updating bank asset records.

Leads projects related to billing, process improvement, automation, or system integration and participates in cross team initiatives.

Develops and distributes reports related to vendor invoice payment, cost allocation, and asset management.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically Five or more years of experience in financial management
- Three or more years of experience in telecommunications
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Good understanding of IT systems asset management
- Well-developed clerical and customer service skills
- Ability to collect and organize information
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
