Job Description

Department: AI Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Python Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for a strong Python Backend Engineer who has practical exposure to modern AI technologies and LLM integrations. The primary focus of the role is building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable backend services, frameworks, APIs, and platform capabilities that power AI-driven applications. We are looking for an engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals, backend architecture expertise, and hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models into production systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Build and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI and/or Flask.
• Develop and support microservices-based applications.
• Integrate and manage LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Vertex AI, Claude, and similar platforms.
• Build reusable backend components, SDKs, and internal frameworks.
• Enhance platform performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing workflows.
• Containerize applications using Docker and support cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects to deliver AI-powered capabilities.
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI models, APIs, and frameworks.
