- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback collection.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Generate reports related to HR metrics and analytics.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Experience in employee relations and performance management is desirable.
