Roles and Responsibility-

  • Call US Record keeping offices of Providers and other businesses for facilitation of record retrieval
  • Conduct Research on accuracy and sufficiency of information for target offices
  • Create accurate, professional notes about the progress of the case
  • Interact with other stakeholders in the ecosystem to derive/share information about cases
  • Look for process improvement opportunities while performing the role and contribute in improving the process on a continuous basis

Requirements

Requirement-

  • Strong work ethic, discipline and attention to details.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in US shifts
  • US Healthcare voice background is a definite advantage, but not a must have
  • Track record of and willingness to work in a role for at least 18 months.
