Position: Manager – Contract Management – Ahmednagar
Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech - Electrical
Experience Range (Min-Max) : 4-12 year
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inspection & Dispatch Clearance
- Coordinate and manage customer inspections for MV Switchboards (AIS, GIS, RMU, CSS, etc.).
- Ensure all inspection observations and compliance requirements are addressed.
- Obtain customer approval and dispatch clearance within committed timelines.
- Logistics & Transportation Management
- Plan and monitor dispatch schedules in line with project delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Track shipments and proactively address transportation-related issues.
- Invoicing & Dispatch Management
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customer orders.
- Monitor dispatch documentation and fulfilment processes.
- Coordinate with finance, commercial, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order closure.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Drive alignment across functions to ensure project milestones and customer commitments are met.
- Resolve execution bottlenecks through proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Contract & Project Management
- Conduct regular contract reviews to monitor:
- Delivery commitments
- Project milestones
- Expected margins
- Liquidated Damages (LD) exposure
- Track project progress and escalate risks that may impact timelines, cost, or profitability.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, and business constraints.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate contract obligations, project status, risks, and action plans to all stakeholders.
- Maintain regular interactions with customers regarding inspections, deliveries, and project updates.
- Ensure responsibilities and deliverables are completed as per agreed schedules
