This role oversees church operations while leading Connections/Assimilation and Groups/Discipleship to ensure clear systems, healthy ministry rhythms, and strong pathways for people to connect, grow, and serve. This position is ideal for a proven leader who builds systems, manages projects well, and has a shepherd’s heart.The Church Custodian maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all church facilities. This role supports the ministry by ensuring that restrooms, classrooms, offices, hallways, kitchens, and common areas are consistently prepared for services, programs, and events. The position follows established cleaning standards to uphold the church’s commitment to hospitality and excellence.
