We operate as a quality-first search and delivery team partnering closely with clients on critical technical hiring mandates. Our Hyderabad team works on complex searches for senior individual contributor and leadership talent across global technology organizations, providing exposure to a broad range of clients, markets, and hiring challenges.
We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Principal Recruiter to support strategic client engagements and large-scale technical hiring initiatives across Hyderabad and broader India markets. This role requires deep technical recruiting expertise, exceptional stakeholder management capability, and strong understanding of the Hyderabad technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Execution & Delivery
- Own end-to-end recruiting across Software Engineering and Product hiring mandates, managing sourcing, pipeline development, screening, stakeholder alignment, and offer closure
- Manage approximately 15–25 active requisitions across 3–5 client accounts, focused on senior engineering and product hiring across global technology organizations
- Drive high-quality search execution across mid-to-senior IC and leadership hiring mandates rather than transactional high-volume recruiting
- Independently design and optimize sourcing strategies based on market response, talent availability, funnel performance, and hiring complexity
- Maintain strong pipeline health across all assigned searches while ensuring candidate quality, relevance, and conversion efficiency
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks across sourcing, screening, interview process, or offer conversion stages
- Recover stalled or underperforming searches through strategic recalibration, market remapping, and targeted talent engagement
2. Client Management & Search Strategy
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner for assigned client engagements and hiring stakeholders
- Translate business and hiring requirements into structured, executable search strategies
- Advise stakeholders on market availability, compensation trends, talent competitiveness, and hiring feasibility
- Provide consultative guidance on role positioning within the Hyderabad and broader India technology talent landscape
- Align hiring expectations with real-time market conditions and candidate behavior
- Deliver data-driven updates on pipeline health, search risks, hiring velocity, and expected time-to-fill
- Maintain strong awareness of competitor hiring trends, talent movement, and market dynamics across engineering domains
3. Market Intelligence & Search Leadership
- Develop deep expertise in the Hyderabad engineering talent ecosystem and evolving technology hiring trends
- Map competitor hiring activity, talent concentration, and high-density skill clusters across engineering and product functions
- Identify sourcing gaps early and proactively refine search strategy to improve pipeline quality and predictability
- Leverage market intelligence to improve speed, quality, and consistency of hiring outcomes across multiple concurrent searches

Required Qualifications
Professional Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in technical recruiting
- Strong track record hiring Software Engineering and Product talent across IC and senior IC levels
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technical searches in fast-paced hiring environments
- Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager partnership experience
- Experience in GCCs, product companies, executive search firms, or high-performance talent acquisition environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategy, funnel management, and pipeline optimization
- Strong familiarity with the Hyderabad engineering talent ecosystem
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA, executive education, Engineering Degree or certifications in talent acquisition, sourcing strategy, or HR analytics are a plus
