We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Executive with experience in the Power Sector and strong knowledge of Water Chemistry, WTP (Water Treatment Plant) & STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) systems. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, client handling, technical discussions, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Power Plants and Industrial sectors.
  • Promote and sell WTP, STP, and water treatment solutions.
  • Conduct technical discussions with clients regarding water treatment processes.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for solution designing and costing.
  • Handle client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Market analysis and competitor tracking.

Skills/Experience

Education:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in water treatment or power sector.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Water Chemistry.
  • Experience in WTP & STP systems.
  • Understanding of Power Plant operations preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
