- Deliver service and support to end-users through a phone call, via remote connection, or over the internet
- Interact with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Gather Customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptom.
- Set up new customer accounts, follow up on customer interactions
- Ability to learn different ERP products developed by our company
- Outstanding English communication & listening skills
- Interest in customer service and sales
- A creative mindset and understanding of customer needs
- Provides an interface between customer and company
- The candidate must be able to handle stress and active problem-solving skills
