Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and Evaluation - Conduct tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of Equipment’s and systems
  • Problem Solving - Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions for repairs and maintenance
  • Project Management - Supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and projects
  • Safety and Compliance - Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
  • Innovation - Explore new technologies and methods for electrical systems and providing energy saving
  • Communication and Collaboration - Communicate with clients, colleagues, and contractors to ensure departments success
  • Documentation - Prepare technical documentation and reports for project progress and maintenance
  • Technical Knowledge of DG, UPS, HVAC & PAC systems
  • Managing Correspondence: Handle emails and visitors efficiently. Day to Day Task function checks.
  • Organizing Files and Records: Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office.
  • Client and Vendor Management: Act as a liaison between departments and Internal & external stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is organized, all amenities are functioning, and equipment is in working order.
  • Communication: Maintain communication between employees and coordinate with suppliers. Mail approval/ BOQ etc.
  • Coordination: Ensure the functions of various teams are coordinated to ensure collective productivity.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support in various tasks around the office and handle grievances and requests. Preparing budget/ Knowledge of EHS.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain necessary records and documents

the organization needs.

  • Inventory management: Asset & details records keeping with upkeep of premises. Rounds for all locations.
  • Any Miscellaneous work to the RE need department with project work

Key Skills and knowledge:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8-12 years of experience in BPO or similar organization
  • Strong knowledge of electrical principles and circuits
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and manage site and electrical infrastructure
  • Understanding of safety standards and regulations
  • Client visit and Facility soft related activity like HK, R&M, Financial – Capex / Opex, Forecast, day to day activity.

Graduate
