Brief Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager (RM) & Dealer to manage client relationships while providing efficient trade execution across equity and related financial market segments. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of financial markets, hands-on experience with trading platforms, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service while supporting business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing timely support and investment-related assistance.
  • Execute buy and sell orders accurately through trading terminals in accordance with client instructions and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle client queries related to trading, investments, account services, and market updates.
  • Promote financial products and services to existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
  • Monitor market movements and provide clients with relevant market insights and trading opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
  • Adhere to SEBI, exchange regulations, and internal compliance policies during all trading activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Achieve assigned business, revenue, and client retention targets.

Qualifications and Skills



  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • NISM Series VIII Certification (Equity Derivatives) is mandatory.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, dealing, or relationship management within a stock broking, wealth management, or financial services organization.
  • Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, and financial products.
  • Hands-on experience with trading terminals and dealing platforms.
  • Excellent client servicing, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of market trends, trading processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Sales orientation with the ability to identify cross-selling and business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/trading applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
