Brief Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented PMS & AIF Sales Professional to drive the distribution of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment products, proven experience in acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving business growth targets.Job Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard High Net Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients for PMS and AIF offerings.
- Promote and distribute Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and other investment solutions.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment products based on their risk profile and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, wealth managers, family offices, and business partners.
- Conduct investment presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to explain investment strategies and product benefits.
- Collaborate with internal investment and product teams to deliver timely market insights and portfolio updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies throughout the sales process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth through effective relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA in Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, or Investment Product Sales.
- Proven track record in HNI client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of PMS, AIF, wealth management, and capital market products.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
- Sound understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and provide customized investment solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM applications is preferred.
