We are currently hiring for the position of Appointment Setter – Australian Solar Process for our Vadodara office.

Location:

Vadodara, Gujarat | On-site Role

Shift Timing:

4:20 AM – 1:30 PM IST (Early Morning Shift)

Employment Type:

Full-time | 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1) Make outbound calls to homeowners across Australia.
  • 2) Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Solar Consultants.
  • 3) Handle customer queries professionally.
  • 4) Update CRM and maintain accurate records.
  • 5) Achieve appointment-setting targets.

Responsibilities:

  • 1) Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or International Voice Process.
  • 2) Excellent English communication skills.
  • 3) CRM experience preferred.
  • 4) Experience in the Australian Solar Process will be an added advantage.
  • 5) Immediate Joiners Preferred.
