HR Process Automation & Optimization
- Analyze existing HR processes at different HR domains to identify automation opportunities.
- Introducing automation and best practices to eliminate manual effort and reduce errors.
- Lead end‑to‑end cross automation initiatives from requirement gathering through deployment and post‑implementation support.
- Collabrating along with IT automation team for designing automation solutions by using tools such as RPA platforms, workflow automation tools, low‑code/no‑code platforms, and integrations with HR systems.
- Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and follow Infineon’s HR automation principles.
- Act as a trusted automation partner for HR teams, translating business needs into technical automation solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and different HR stakeholders globally to ensure governance, data privacy, and audit readiness.
- Support change management, user adoption, and training related to automated HR processes.
- Monitor automation performance and KPIs (cycle time, error reduction, cost savings).
- Identify opportunities for further optimisation and enhancement.
- Document automation designs, processes, and controls for audit and knowledge sharing.
- A university degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in a multinational environment, ideally in a similar HR Process Automation role
- Strong background in requirement analysis & identifying automation potentials within HR
- Solid experience with HR technologies and platforms, such as Human Resource Information System(HRIS), Applicant Tracking System(ATS), Learning Management System(LMS), and other digital tools supporting HR operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to realise an idea into a deployable product to significantly reduce HR manual efforts.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with automation tools is preferred.
- A mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
- Capability and passion to handle and drive several topics at the same time.
- Fluent English skills are required.
