IT Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer to manage our internal infrastructure and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. You will be the first point of contact for end-user support, ensuring seamless daily operations across our office.

Responsibilities

  • End-User Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues via remote or on-site support.
  • System Deployment: Install, configure, and upgrade Windows/Mac operating systems, applications, and user accounts.
  • Network and Infrastructure: Troubleshoot local network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printer connectivity issues.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and access rights.
  • Collaboration: Manage user onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT runbooks, and support video conferencing tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, BSc, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Active Directory, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Good English communication skills required.
