IT Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities
- End-User Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues via remote or on-site support.
- System Deployment: Install, configure, and upgrade Windows/Mac operating systems, applications, and user accounts.
- Network and Infrastructure: Troubleshoot local network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printer connectivity issues.
- Asset Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and access rights.
- Collaboration: Manage user onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT runbooks, and support video conferencing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, BSc, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Active Directory, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
- Good English communication skills required.
