Technical Support Engineer (IT)

- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365 and core IT systems.
- Configure and deploy high-performance hardware for engineering teams.
- Manage network connectivity, VPNs, and Active Directory access.
- Resolve user tickets efficiently to minimise technical downtime.
- Maintain IT-related records (assets, inventory, user access, and software licences).
- Coordinate IT requests and escalate issues to the technical team.
- Assist in basic troubleshooting (password resets, email setup, hardware checks).
- Track IT support tickets and ensure timely follow-ups.
- English communication skills are compulsory.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an IT technical support/helpdesk role.
- Minimum 5 years of IT support or helpdesk experience in the tech sector.
- Degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent certifications.
- Deep knowledge of OS deployment, hardware, and remote support tools.
