ERPNext Developer

Pepagora

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Developer to join our Pepagora team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing and customising ERPNext modules across Accounts, Sales, HR, and CRM.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and customise ERPNext modules (Accounts, Sales, HR, CRM).
Gather business requirements and translate them into ERPNext workflows and configurations.
Develop custom apps, scripts, and reports using Python (Frappe Framework) and JavaScript.
Manage data migration, testing, and go-live support.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user training.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align ERP workflows with business processes.
Maintain documentation for customisations, workflows, and configurations.

Requirements

2-6 years of hands-on ERPNext / Frappe Framework experience.
Strong expertise in at least two modules: Accounts, Sales, HR, CRM.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, MySQL/MariaDB.
Experience in full-cycle ERP implementation (requirements go-live).
Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Strong communication skills; ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders.
B. E. / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent (ERPNext certifications are a plus).
