Objective: We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator who will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components as per specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machining processes and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Experience: 1–4 Years
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant field)
- Set up and operate CNC machines (VMC / Router / Laser / Milling etc.)
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders
- Perform machining operations such as cutting, drilling, shaping, and finishing
- Conduct test runs and monitor machine performance
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
- Ensure production meets quality standards and specifications
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of machines
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code understanding preferred)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD files
- Hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machines
- Knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in shifts (if required)
- Experience in signage / fabrication / metal / acrylic industry (plus point)
- Familiarity with CAM software is an advantage
- Prior experience in production environment
