We are seeking a creative and strategic Personal Brand Strategist to manage and grow the online presence of CXOs and entrepreneurs across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, driving audience growth, increasing engagement, and establishing individuals as recognized voices within their industry or niche.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy tailored to the individual's goals, expertise, and target audience.
• Create content plans and publishing calendars for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, and content opportunities to drive organic growth.
• Collaborate closely with the individual to transform their ideas, experiences, and insights into engaging and impactful content.
• Monitor audience growth, engagement, and content performance, and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure high-quality content production.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize reach, visibility, and engagement.

• 1+ years of experience in personal branding, content strategy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), and audience growth strategies.
• Excellent content planning, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience managing or growing the online presence of an individual, creator, executive, or industry expert.

Work Hours: 8 hours/day
