What will you do?
- Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support invoicing by gathering billing documentation and working with stakeholders on payment processes
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across organizational systems including ERP platforms
- Act as a dependable point of contact for internal and external inquiries with timely responses
- Communication — developing level; handling correspondence and liaising with stakeholders clearly and professionally
- Microsoft Office — developing level; creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to support operations
- Data Entry — developing level; maintaining accurate information across organizational systems

- Appointment Scheduling Software — developing level; coordinating calendars and organizing meetings efficiently
