Apprentice

Overview

We are planning to hire five apprentices for the Structures ME business.

Your role

• Undertake analysis and design of structural elements such as slabs, beams, and columns using software tools like ETABS and SAFE.
• Apply fundamental knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel design.
• Utilize Revit (desirable but not mandatory).
• Effectively manage time to complete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.

About you

• Degree in Civil Engineering (postgraduate qualification preferred).
• Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals, including BMD & SFD, manual design of structural elements, and exposure to relevant codal provisions.
• 0–2 years of experience in a design office, preferably in building structures (advantageous).
• Ability and willingness to collaborate within a technically oriented team.
• Familiarity with the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures, including current standards and practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible approach to work and responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of modern methods of construction.
