Business Development Executive – IT Sales

Technource is expanding its Business Development team and is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven candidates who want to build or grow their career in IT Sales and Business Development.
We are open to considering candidates from Fresher, Entry-Level, Junior BDE, BDE, and Senior BDE levels, depending on their experience, communication skills, sales understanding, and ability to handle the business development process.
Describe Skill and Experience- Learn, understand, and confidently present Technource’s IT services, including web development, mobile app development, custom software development, and modern technology solutions.
- Research international markets and generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, social platforms, directories, referrals, and internal databases.
- Connect with prospects through emails, LinkedIn messages, calls, and follow-ups, and support the sales process from lead generation to meetings, proposals, and closures.
- Freshers and entry-level candidates should have a strong interest in learning IT sales, international client communication, proposal preparation, CRM updates, and sales processes under the guidance of senior team members.
- Experienced candidates should have exposure to international clients and should have closed or supported in closing web and/or mobile app development projects.
- Understanding of modern technologies such as Laravel, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, and similar technologies will be preferred. Exposure to domains like eCommerce, Real Estate, EdTech, Fitness, Fintech, ERP, and Healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Good English communication, presentation skills, confidence, proactive attitude, follow-up etiquette, and target-driven mindset are important for this role. Candidates with a technical background, MBA, or prior sales/calling experience will be preferred.
