Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers delivering high-quality software solutions
• Drive end-to-end delivery of projects from planning to production release
• Provide technical and people leadership, ensuring team productivity and growth
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA to align on roadmaps, priorities, and execution
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and processes
• Oversee system design, architecture decisions, and scalability planning
• Conduct performance management, career development, and mentorship for team members
• Manage resource allocation, sprint planning, and delivery commitments
• Ensure on-time delivery with high quality and reliability
• Drive Agile practices and continuous improvement within the team
• Handle stakeholder communication and provide regular delivery updates
• Lead production support, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards
• Build a solid engineering culture focused on ownership, innovation, and collaboration
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post graduation - BTech/BE/MTech
• Experience working on Spring Boot, RabbitMQ
• Java (Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
• Experience working on Microservices
• Experience working on Reactjs
