Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers delivering high-quality software solutions
- Drive end-to-end delivery of projects from planning to production release
- Provide technical and people leadership, ensuring team productivity and growth
- Partner with Product, Design, and QA to align on roadmaps, priorities, and execution
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and processes
- Oversee system design, architecture decisions, and scalability planning
- Conduct performance management, career development, and mentorship for team members
- Manage resource allocation, sprint planning, and delivery commitments
- Ensure on-time delivery with high quality and reliability
- Drive Agile practices and continuous improvement within the team
- Handle stakeholder communication and provide regular delivery updates
- Lead production support, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards
- Build a solid engineering culture focused on ownership, innovation, and collaboration
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making

- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduation/Post graduation - BTech/BE/MTech
- Experience working on Spring Boot, RabbitMQ
- Java (Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
- Experience working on Microservices
- Experience working on Reactjs
