We're hiring our next Customer Support Associate — someone who's going to answer the calls, write the emails, and reply to the chats that decide whether a hotel keeps choosing Hotelzify or doesn't. It sounds simple. It's not. The person who does this job well becomes irreplaceable, fast.   • Pick up calls, reply to emails, and handle live chat from hotels across the United States — every single one of them depends on Hotelzify for their bookings.
  • Solve problems on the spot when you can. Escalate fast and clearly when you can't.
  • Become the person who knows the product better than almost anyone on the team — because you'll see every angle of how customers actually use it.
  • Spot patterns. If three hotels ask the same question this week, you tell us. That's how products get better, and that's how careers get noticed.
  • Treat every interaction like the customer might leave a five-star review or never speak to us again — because they might. What we need from you
  • Clear, warm English — written and spoken. You'll be on calls with hotel owners and managers in the US. They need to understand you, and you need to make them feel like the smartest person in the room is on their side.
  • Patience and care. Some calls are easy. Some aren't. The person we want stays kind on both.
  • The night shift suits you. Your working window will sit somewhere between 5pm and 6am IST — most likely 5pm–2am, 6pm–3am, or 9pm–6am. We'll confirm the exact hours when we make you an offer.
  • You're hungry. You want to learn the product, the industry, the customer — and then keep going. We'd rather hire someone with zero experience and the right attitude than someone polished but coasting.
  • A laptop, stable internet, and the discipline to show up sharp every night. No prior customer support experience required. If you've done it before, great. If you haven't but you've got the voice, the patience, and the drive — we want to meet you.
