Purpose of the Role
The position seeks proven leaders who can manage our Microsoft technology projects and deliver to exceed customer expectations.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Should manage and deliver resource allocation (people, hardware, software) Financial analysis and ROI
Strong techno functional knowledge on .Net, SQL and allied technologies
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
Responsible for overall project deliverable- Scoping, Project plan, Requirement document, Proposals and other requisite documents.
Coach, lead and manage the team resources by sharing expertise for team development
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Sets and manages client expectations effectively
Strong business communication and people management skills.
PMP Certification or similar level certifications
Should possess strong hands- on designing and development skills in C#, ASP.NET, WCF, Web
Services/ Web API, Angular JS and SQL Server
