Motion Graphics Designer (Documentary Content)
Salary: ₹4 LPA
We're building cinematic, story-driven documentaries for YouTube and digital platforms.
We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can bring complex ideas, data, and narratives to life through compelling visuals.
This is not a high-volume content role.
You'll work on 6 long-form documentary videos per month, focusing on quality, storytelling, and visual excellence rather than churning out endless short-form content.
What you'll do:
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual sequences for documentary-style videos.
- Design maps, timelines, explainer graphics, data visualizations, and cinematic visual treatments.
- Collaborate closely with editors and writers to enhance storytelling.
- Turn complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals.
- Contribute creative ideas that elevate the final film.
What we're looking for:
- Strong proficiency in After Effects and related design tools.
- Experience creating motion graphics for documentaries, explainers, or educational content.
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality motion design work.
Work Style:
- Focus on craftsmanship over volume.
- 6 long-form documentary projects per month.
- Creative freedom and ownership.
- A team that values thoughtful work and attention to detail.
- If your idea of great work is creating visuals that make viewers forget they're watching an explanation and feel like they're watching a story, we'd love to see your portfolio.
