AI Filmmaker — Full-Time Role

ResounAI is hiring serious AI Filmmakers who understand cinematic storytelling, visual direction, scene design, character consistency, AI video workflows, and end-to-end production.

We are not looking for basic prompt engineers or simple AI media generators. We are looking for creators who can think like filmmakers — people who can understand scripts, design shots, build strong visual narratives, work with AI video/image tools, maintain consistency, and deliver production-ready cinematic output.

This is a full-time role with a salary of ₹12 LPA.

The role will be remote-first initially, but may later shift to an office/hybrid work setup depending on production requirements and team expansion.

We are preferably looking for candidates from:

• Bangalore
• Mumbai
• Delhi / NCR

Candidates should be available to join immediately or as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create AI-generated cinematic videos, storyboards, visuals, and motion sequences.
• Understand scripts and convert them into strong visual storytelling.
• Work on AI filmmaking pipelines from pre-visualization to final output.
• Maintain character, location, costume, and visual style consistency.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and technical teams.
• Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, scene creation, and post-production.
• Review outputs, refine generations, and ensure quality delivery.
• Work on ads, short films, UGC-style content, educational videos, corporate videos, and cinematic AI films.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has strong creative direction and filmmaking sense.
• Understands camera angles, shot composition, pacing, emotion, and visual continuity.
• Has experience with AI video/image tools such as Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Veo/Flow, Pika, Leonardo AI, ComfyUI, or similar tools.
• Can work seriously in a professional production environment.
• Can take ownership of deliverables and deadlines.
• Is not just dependent on prompts, but understands storytelling and production logic.
• Is ready for a full-time commitment.
