We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through site visits, calls, and online campaigns
Conduct property tours and explain project details to potential buyers
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities
Provide accurate information about pricing, legal documents, and project timelines

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
