Responsibilities

  • Services Stakeholder for APAC region
  • Work closely with regional sales team & System Integrators to vet the project estimation and scoping details and provide feedback during proposal process.
  • Work closely with cross functional leads stakeholders ( Legal, Finance & HR etc…)
  • Understands basic revenue models and P/L; meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and
  • initiating corrective actions.
  • Responsible for implementing project governance, approval, and measurements with roles, accountabilities, best practice standards and processes.
    • Roll out standard implementation methodology
    • Standardize project execution plan
    • Ensure seamless delivery of Qognify projects providing support and guidance to delivery teams. Mentor services team members
  • Establish baselines for procedural reviews and project performance evaluations based on the defined KPI’s (via project reviews)

  • Ensure teams follow the best practices and standard project management process defined at Qognify:
    • Issue management plans
    • Process/ tools to report, track and resolve issues
    • Status report format to track regular status reporting
    • Project plan (project template)
    • Resource assignment and work estimation
    • Communication plan is identified
  • Communicate (to leadership & enterprise)
    • Project portfolio health, accomplishments and milestones
    • Project portfolio and budget vs. forecast variances
    • Resource requirements and forecast
  • Perform pert analysis on project execution level as well as process execution level for continuous improvements
  • Facilitate online project management tool adoption and support
  • Directly responsible for improving and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues and strengthen partnership with the customers.
Education / Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • PMP certification (preferred) and/or MBA
  • Extensive experience of project and customer management
  • At least 7+ years of experience leading software implementation teams, ideally involving ability to lead teams and manage people
  • Proven Project management experience in the area of Incident Management and Command & Control projects in one of the following areas: Safe city , Critical facility , Railways , Banking & Airports ) – an advantage
  • Security and/or Operational projects background in solution oriented companies
  • Ability to proactively plan and manage interactions with the customer in various ways and formats
  • Understand the client business and technical environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Is able to identify potential challenges, resolve them in advance and prevent escalations
  • Estimated 30% travel
