About The Role
The Unit Lead – Talent Management will be responsible for driving key talent management initiatives, including performance management, competency assessment, employee engagement, organizational development, and succession planning. The role focuses on strengthening organizational capability and supporting business objectives through effective people's practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the employee performance management process across all levels, ensuring fairness, transparency, and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to enhance employee motivation and performance.
- Lead the annual Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- Conduct competency mapping to define role requirements and assess employee capabilities.
- Design and facilitate Assessment & Development Centers (ADC) to identify talent and create development plans.
- Review and optimize organizational structure and span of control to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with external consultants and stakeholders to implement organizational development and techno-structural interventions.
- Identify, assess, and develop High-Potential (HiPo) employees to build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan.
- Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Plan and organize Town Hall meetings to strengthen communication between leadership and employees.
- Develop and enhance the organization's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain top talent.
- Track, analyze, and report key talent management metrics related to performance, engagement, and workforce effectiveness to support business decisions.

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Management, Competency Frameworks, Employee Engagement, and Talent Development initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment will be an added advantage.
