Senior Executive

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draughtsman with strong experience in retail store design and execution drawings. The role involves preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with design and execution teams, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings for retail stores (plans, elevations, sections, and details).
• Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD (or similar software).
• Support architects/design managers in developing store design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and ensure timely delivery for project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, project management) and external consultants/vendors.
• Review site measurements and incorporate site-specific conditions into drawings.
• Maintain drawing standards, documentation, and version control.
• Assist in value engineering and optimization of design details.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and mall/landlord requirements.
• Provide support during site execution for clarifications and revisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably in retail/store design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is a plus.
• Good understanding of materials, construction details, and retail fixtures.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on retail chains, mall stores, or high-street formats.
• Exposure to fast-paced rollout projects and multi-location execution.
• Familiarity with brand guideline-driven design systems.
