Job Description
Key Responsibilities*Develop and execute the overall Learning & Development strategy for the GCC.
- Design and implement onboarding and learning journeys for new hires and campus recruits.
- Assess organizational capability needs and create targeted development interventions.
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and functional stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
- Build competency frameworks and learning pathways across functions and levels.
- Drive technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
- Manage learning vendors, external training partners, and digital learning platforms.
- Monitor learning effectiveness through analytics, assessments, feedback, and business impact measures.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
- Support and potentially lead enterprise-wide learning initiatives and projects beyond the GCC as required.
- Stay updated on emerging learning technologies, AI-enabled learning tools, and industry best practices.
A successful Lead - L&D should have:*12-15 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Capability Building, or Corporate Training.
- Experience in IT Services, Technology, Consulting, Financial Services, GCCs, or similar knowledge-driven organizations.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling learning programs across diverse employee populations.
- Experience managing campus learning programs, graduate trainee development, and employee capability-building initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and build learning frameworks from the ground up.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities.
- Familiarity with modern learning technologies, LMS platforms, digital learning ecosystems, and AI-driven learning solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Education*Master's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
