Department : Tool Engineering
Reports To : Technical Leader
POSITION SUMMARY:
To support the CS Global Tool Development teams in Tool design and development.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
- Responsible for Plastic Molding design and Mold feasibility study.
- Responsible for project planning and executions.
- To ensure the project quality as per the standards
- To meet the delivery deadlines.
Diploma / Post Diploma in Tool and Die.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in the Plastic Molding design & Mold feasibility study.
- Good knowledge in Plastic Molding design & Mold feasibility study
- Good skills in tool design using NX software.
- Good skills in design calculations(Shrinkage, Tolerances, Tonnage etc)
- Good knowledge in Tooling materials and material selection.
- Good knowledge in Tool manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge in Stamping die design
- Knowledge in gauge and fixture design and GD&T.
- Planning and Co-ordination
