Role / Designation: Practice Director - Digital Workplace Services

Role Overview: The Practice Director - End User Computing / Digital Workplace Services will be a senior leader within the Infrastructure Services Practice, responsible for building, scaling, and strengthening capabilities across End User Computing, Service Desk, Messaging, Collaboration, and Digital Workplace Services. The role requires strong domain expertise, consulting orientation, and the ability to translate customer requirements into differentiated, practical, and commercially viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead practice development for EUC, Service Desk, Messaging, Collaboration, and Digital Workplace Services, including offerings, frameworks, reusable assets, and go-to-market collateral.
  • Support strategic pre-sales pursuits by engaging customers, shaping solution approaches, contributing to proposals, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Design differentiated solutions that balance customer outcomes, operational feasibility, technology best practices, commercial considerations, and delivery commitments.
  • Provide technical leadership and delivery governance to ensure solution integrity, transition readiness, operational stability, and service-level alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement across workplace services, including automation, AI-enabled operations, endpoint management, user experience, and productivity platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, operations, finance, partners, and cross-practice teams to deliver integrated and pragmatic customer solutions.
  • Mentor and guide practice teams while fostering ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, or a related discipline.
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience across End User Computing, Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Messaging, Collaboration, and Infrastructure Services.
  • Proven experience in practice leadership, pre-sales solutioning, customer advisory, delivery governance, service transformation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, virtual desktop solutions, collaboration platforms, service management tools, automation, AI-enabled operations, and user experience management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications in ITIL, project/program management, workplace technologies, cloud, security, or partner platforms will be an added advantage.
