  • Monitor pipeline health, lead-to-conversion ratios, and follow-up discipline using CRM tools
  • Conduct daily huddles, role-plays, and training sessions on pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Analyze performance data (calls made, connect rate, demo-to-close ratio) and identify improvement areas
  • Partner with Marketing/Lead Gen teams to ensure lead quality and volume align with targets
  • Handle escalations and support reps on high-value or difficult prospect conversations
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and reporting standards
  • Report team performance and market insights to senior sales leadership

  • 3–6 years of total sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/team management role
  • Prior experience selling to the US market (voice process) is mandatory
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C inside sales preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, both individually and as a team leader
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral/US-friendly accent
  • Comfortable working in US shift timings
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with sales dashboards and MIS reports
