- Adept in Indian tax laws and governance.
- Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee cash flow management and optimise working capital requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business decisions through financial analysis.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
A Successful Senior Manager Finance Should Have
- Qualified CA, with 8+ years of experience, across IT, ITeS, BPO, Technology, Consulting space
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, MIS, taxation, budgeting, and compliance within professional services.
- Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools for analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in the consultancy industry.
