Job Summary:


The Human Resource Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the organization’s financial, human resources, and administrative operations. This position demands a strategic and hands-on approach to managing multiple functions, aligning them with the organization's goals, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, and budget management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, performance management, and organizational development
  • Lead and manage general administrative operations to ensure efficient internal processes and compliance.
  • Lead HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing to ensure the organization has the right talent at all levels.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee benefits programs, and compensation strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, resolving any issues or conflicts while ensuring compliance with labour laws.
  • Ensure performance management systems are in place, promoting career development and employee growth.
  • Administer training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and improve organizational performance.


Mandatory Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 02+ years in financial management, HR, and administrative leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various departments.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Individuals fluent in English and Korean.

  • Strategic HR planning and workforce management capability.
  • Strong communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, payroll systems, and ERP-based HR modules.
  • High analytical capability and problem-solving orientation.
  • Strong negotiation ability, conflict resolution skills, and IR awareness.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Team leadership, adaptability, and decision-making agility in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
