- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with their organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments and audits to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on integrating ESG considerations into decision-making processes, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of ESG metrics, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure impact.
- Stay updated on global ESG trends, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and enable proactive advisory services.
- Post qualification 2 years ESG minimum (BRSR reporting experience is a must)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ESG concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess ESG risks, identify innovative solutions, and drive impactful change.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate evolving ESG landscapes and address emerging challenges.
