With rapid growth in customer demand, they're looking for enthusiastic professionals who enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems, and contributing directly to business growth.


About the Role


We're looking for a customer-focused Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping customers find the right solutions.


In this role, you'll engage with customers who have already expressed interest in the company's products, guide them through the buying journey, coordinate with internal teams, and play a key role in converting enquiries into long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Business Development

  • Engage with inbound enquiries received through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
  • Understand customer requirements, project needs, budgets, and use cases.
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional, timely, and consultative communication.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.


Product Consultation & Customer Experience

  • Share product catalogues, pricing, videos, and relevant product information.
  • Educate customers on product features, durability, sustainability, and value proposition.
  • Address customer queries and provide a smooth, responsive buying experience.


Relationship Management & Deal Closure

  • Proactively follow up with prospective customers across calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Support customers throughout their decision-making journey.
  • Coordinate quotations, product availability, and delivery timelines with internal teams.
  • Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Sales Operations & CRM

  • Maintain accurate customer records and lead pipelines using CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Track customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and sales activities.
  • Monitor sales progress and ensure timely updates across the sales funnel.
  • Capture customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.


Who We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Customer Success, Inside Sales, Sales, Lead Generation, or Relationship Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and customer-centric with a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in B2B sales, project sales, or customer-facing roles within the furniture, interiors, building materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.
